Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging KL1 Aircond, managed by Yit Loong Trading ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), for any air conditioning services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
KL1 Aircond provides the following air conditioning services:
- Normal Servicing (General Cleaning): Routine maintenance including filter and cover cleaning, evaporator coil inspection, drainage clearing, and system performance check.
- Chemical Cleaning Service: Intensive deep cleaning using specialized chemical solutions for units with significant dirt, mold, or grime buildup.
- Air Conditioner Repair: Diagnostic and repair services for various issues including not cooling, water leaks, unusual noises, and compressor problems.
- Air Conditioner Installation: Professional installation of new air conditioning units for residential and commercial properties.
3. Service Areas
We provide services in the following areas within the Klang Valley:
Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya (PJ), Puchong, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, Gombak, Ampang Jaya, Bangi, Cheras, Klang, Semenyih, Seri Kembangan, Kota Damansara, Kota Kemuning, Putrajaya, Setia Alam, Sungai Buloh, Kajang, Kelana Jaya, Kepong, Selayang, USJ, Wangsa Maju, Bangsar, and Damansara.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing Structure
Our pricing is determined based on:
- Type of service required
- Horsepower (HP) of the air conditioning unit
- Number of units being serviced
- Type of unit (wall-mounted, ceiling, cassette)
4.2 Chemical Wash Pricing
Split Type / Wall Unit:
- 1.0 HP - 1.5 HP: RM 160
- 2.0 HP: RM 210
- 2.5 HP - 3.0 HP: RM 280
Ceiling/Cassette Unit:
- 1.0 HP - 1.5 HP: RM 270
- 2.0 HP - 2.5 HP: RM 380
- 3.0 HP - 3.5 HP: RM 480
- 4.0 HP - 5.0 HP: RM 650
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment
- Quotes provided are valid for 14 days
- Additional work discovered during service will be communicated and quoted before proceeding
5. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments can be made via phone (012-2252 623), WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
- Service appointments are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours, subject to availability
- Our operating hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
- Customers should ensure someone is present at the service location during the appointment
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged a call-out fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
7. Warranty
7.1 Workmanship Warranty
- All chemical wash and repair services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty
- The warranty covers issues directly related to the work performed
- Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by misuse
7.2 Gas Top-Up Warranty
- Gas top-up is available as a separate paid service
- 1-month warranty on gas leaking is provided with all gas top-up services
- Valid for R22, R410A, and R32 refrigerants
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or electrical faults
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties
- Units that have reached end of life
- Normal maintenance items (filters, etc.)
8. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your air conditioning unit and issues
- Ensure safe and clear access to the air conditioning unit
- Be present (or have a representative present) during the service appointment
- Inform us of any special access requirements or restrictions
- Disclose any known issues or previous repairs
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for damage to units that are in poor condition or have pre-existing issues
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of KL1 Aircond and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
